Annual Career Conference
Most career fairs last a day. At Stout, they last a week—twice a year.
Our Career Conference is one of the largest career events in the Midwest, and like most things at Stout, it's built a little differently than a typical college job fair.
Each semester, more than 300 employers travel to Stout for a series of industry-specific recruiting sessions dedicated to computing and cybersecurity, science and engineering, packaging and design, construction, and management, business, and hospitality.
And given the interdisciplinary nature of education at Stout, we encourage students to attend any and all days, as many companies return multiple days to recruit across disciplines.
The employers who show up aren't just filling entry-level roles. Fortune 500 companies, including 3M, Boston Scientific, Fastenal, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Hilton, Marriott, Parker Hannifin, Rockwell Automation, and SpaceX recruit alongside regional industry leaders like Andersen Corporation, Kohler, Menards, Milwaukee Tool, and Harley-Davidson, are competing for top talent—You!
And they aren't just recruiting for full-time jobs; they're also here looking for interns, and many of these employers have built even deeper, year-round recruiting relationships with specific programs and academic departments.
With more than 2,500 employers attending over the past 10 years, Career Conference Week is how you'll launch your career, even before you graduate.
